While Facebook doesn't include a tool to resize your profile photo within the website, it does allow you to download the photo. After downloading, you can open it in MS Paint to resize it before uploading it to Facebook again. This is useful when your business page's profile photo appears too small and hard to see or when part of the image isn't displayed. Once uploaded, Facebook lets you crop the photo so nothing important -- like part of a logo -- is cut off.

2.

Click the Windows Start button followed by 'All Programs,' 'Accessories' and 'Paint.' Click the blue File menu in Paint's upper left corner and select 'Open.'

3.

Navigate to the downloaded profile photo, located in your 'Downloads' folder by default. Select the photo and press the 'Open' button.

4.

Click 'Resize' in the Image portion of Paint's ribbon. Click 'Pixels' and enter a new value in the Horizontal box. Entering a larger number increases the photo's size, while entering a smaller number makes the picture smaller. Facebook profile photos must be at least 180 pixels wide, so don't go lower than 180. With the Maintain Aspect Ratio box checked, you only have to enter the horizontal value and Paint will automatically determine the vertical value.
